Sayble app · Updated 24 July 2026
In short. Sayble is an offline app. We do not collect, share or sell your personal data. The app has no accounts and no servers: all of your progress and settings are stored only in a local database on your device and are never sent anywhere.

1. Who we are

The Sayble app (the “App”, “we”) is operated by heavyapp. The App is published on Google Play under the identifier com.sayble.heavyapp. For any privacy question you can write to us at heavylabs.dev@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed

The App creates and keeps data exclusively on your device. We have no access to it. That data includes:

The App does not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, payment details, location, contacts, the list of installed apps or advertising identifiers. There is no sign-up and no sign-in.

3. Data does not leave the device

The App has no servers of its own and no user accounts. As of the current version, the App makes no network requests: the dictionary is bundled into the app, and words are pronounced by your device's built-in speech synthesiser (offline). The Android version does not request the internet permission at all.

4. Data security

We follow the principle that data never leaves the device, so there simply is no transmission over the network that would need protecting in transit. On the device, the App's data is stored in the app's private sandbox, which the Android operating system keeps closed to other apps. Protecting the device itself from other people (passcode, biometrics) remains on your side.

5. Data retention and deletion

Since we have no servers and never receive your data, there is nothing for us to store or delete on our side. The data stays on your device for exactly as long as the App is installed. You can erase it completely at any time:

Backup files that you created and saved yourself remain under your control — you can delete them wherever you put them.

6. Backups

You can manually export a backup of your progress as a file and restore it later. This operation is entirely initiated by you: the file is created on your command, and where it goes (notes, a messenger, cloud storage) is also your decision, made through the system “Share” menu. We neither receive nor store these files.

7. Device permissions

The App requests a minimum of permissions, and only for features that run on the device:

8. Data sharing and third-party services

We do not share and do not sell your personal data to any third parties — not for advertising, not for analytics, not for any other purpose; there is nothing to share, because we never receive it. The App contains no ad networks, third-party analytics, trackers or data-collecting SDKs. A few system-level capabilities are provided by the platform rather than by us, and they do not pass your data to us:

Data processing by the app store (Google Play) is covered by that platform's own privacy policy.

9. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. Since we collect no personal data at all, we do not collect it from children either.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The current version is always available at sayble.tech/privacy, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. We will do our best to reflect material changes in the app description.
