In short. Sayble is a free app for learning English words. You may use it for personal, non-commercial study. The App is provided “as is”; its learning content is educational in nature.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By installing and using the Sayble app (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App. The App is operated by heavyapp.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You may not copy, decompile, modify, distribute or create derivative products based on the App and its content, except where expressly permitted by law.

3. Learning content

The App contains a selection of about 5000 frequent English words with translations, collocations, examples, transcription and memory hooks. The content is reference and educational material and may contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant that the materials are complete or error-free, and we are not responsible for your learning outcomes.

4. Your data and backups

The App stores your progress locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your data safe and for creating backups with the tools the App provides. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may lead to losing your progress if no backup was made. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App in ways that break the law, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, circumvent its technical limitations or access parts of it that are not intended for you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, heavyapp is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at sayble.tech/terms. By continuing to use the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
